Warranty and Returns

A product, including all contents of its package, may be returned if it is undamaged, in its original packaging and condition, within 30 days after delivery to the following address:

The customer will be entitled to receive a full refund, less any return fee that may apply, if the product ordered has been returned complete in its original condition, original packaging and all being in new condition and resaleable.

Any product returned in poor condition or damaged will not be eligible for a refund. If however, the damage is limited to the original packaging or accessories, the customer may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on the extent of damage.

If the returned product requires a customs clearance, its value is indeterminate as this will not be established until it has been returned and evaluated. It would be judicious to estimate its value as being under $100 to avoid a customs charge. If any charge is levied the returned product will be held at customs pending payment of the charge. We cannot receive the product as its condition will be unknown to us. he product will be returned to the customer at their expense.

The cost of shipping the product is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable.

PRODUCT WARRANTY

This Product is covered by warranty for 2 Years from date of purchase. If the product you receive does not operate or fails to operate during the warranty period, you are entitled to a replacement or refund of the purchase price of the product.

This warranty does not cover:

· misuse (refer warnings on Installation information),

· modification or tampering with the product or connecting it using electrical connectors other than those provided,

· water damage or

· installing the product in a location that is subject to extreme conditions of heat or cold. Operating range is 0O– 45OC.

To claim a replacement or refund for a product:

Notification of the claim with proof of purchase (invoice and/or receipt) verifying the date of purchase must be emailed to the Company.

1. The product must be returned to the Company’s postal address.

2. Customer accepts all postage & handling charges for return of the product.
